Factory
The factory consists of six levels of 250 m2 each.
The 4th floor contains a guest accommodation that is furnished for a maximum of 15 persons, divided over 4 spacious rooms, each with its own shower and toilet.
There is a fully equipped kitchen and a large, light group space (95m2) with a view of the Meuse valley.
Bed and kitchen linen are included.
Below the guest accommodation, a whole floor has been kept empty, which can be rented as for example, a reception room, workshop, concert hall or theatre. This space is equipped with sanitary fittings.
Outside there is room to work and to relax.
And a place to barbecue.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire building.
The guest accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
As the composition and wishes of each group vary, the rates for a stay in the factory are made-to-measure. You can use the contact form to request a quote.
For larger groups a combination of guest accommodation and the holiday cottage is possible.
